Cohort Focus
This cohort experience is geared towards women serving in ministry leadership. Having ministry credentials or a ministry role with direct oversight is not required, but the cohort framework works best for those whose perspectives and goals are ministry-focused. Additionally, those in a focused marketplace ministry environment will likely thrive in the cohort.
Space is prayerfully and intentionally limited to serve 40 participants in the cohort. Therefore, an application does not guarantee your acceptance. However, you will hear back from our leadership team shortly after your application is submitted.
-
Cohort Commitment
Participants must attend ALL monthly Zoom gatherings, coaching sessions, and the in-person Summit. Your attendance preserves the cohort's format and outcome. Should an emergency or exception apply, timely communication is requested.
The monthly Zoom gatherings are 2 hours each on the last Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm EST, beginning January 30, 2025.
The culmination of the Cultivate Cohort experience is a three-day in-person Summit in Christiansburg, VA, scheduled for June 2025. Specific dates will be released soon.
